Braiding 1

My daughter never allowed me to fuss with her hair very much at all so
I feel lucky to have horse who loves the attention.

My goal with her tail right now is to get the bottom portion of her tail wavy. I used a mousse, applied to damp hair to achieve this level of wave. I think I can get more with a tighter braid and a tail that starts more wet than damp. I'm adding a bit of hairspray into the mix next.

This mane braid was a spur-of-the-moment attempt late this evening. Pretty good I think. Kaelyn sure thinks it's special . . . .
